Agreement to Dissolve California Incorporation

A previous officer erroneously filed for business Incorporation in the state of California in 2005. (The Heinlein Society was intentionally incorporated in Texas in 2000.) We need to dissolve this California incorporation to prevent any misunderstandings and California requires a membership vote so that we may show the membership is in favor.

    Just noting: I tried to do this on my iphone and while I got to the vote page, the vote choices did not appear. On my Mac laptop it worked fine.
